About the position
We’re seeking Business or Management Consultants to help bring Screentro.ai to the world of HR, staffing, and recruitment. This is not a salaried position — but it’s built for self-driven professionals who want to earn on success. You’ll earn a commission for every client you introduce who completes onboarding with Screentro.ai.
This is ideal for you if you:
- Have existing relationships in HR or recruiting sectors
- Understand how to pitch SaaS products or tech-driven services
- Want flexible, remote-first work with performance-based rewards
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with HR teams, recruitment agencies, or staffing firms
- Pitch Screentro.ai and clearly explain the value of hiring fraud detection
- Facilitate demos or hand-offs to our internal sales team
- Stay updated on product capabilities and key differentiators
- Work independently and report potential leads or market feedback
Requirements
- Experience in business consulting, HR tech, recruitment, or B2B SaaS
- Strong network in the HR or staffing industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation
Compensation
- Commission-based only
- Competitive commissions paid on each successful client onboarding
- No cap on earnings — the more you close, the more you earn
